Call for Cases.

The Organising Committee (OC) has the pleasure to invite you to submit your best Case Studies on Electronic Commerce to the first CN Global Summit to be held in Europe. The OC has set-up an ad-hoc Peer Review Group to assess the positive demonstration effects for business decision-makers and policy formulators of the cases submitted.

Based on the recommendations of this Group, the OC will be inviting the author (s) to present and discuss the cases at the Global Summit and/or will be publishing the case in the conference's proceedings (to a maximum of 100 cases).

The deadline for case submission is 15 October 1998.

Cases need to be submitted in English and/or Spanish and in paper an electronic form (Word or rtf file). Cases should not be more than 20 (A4 size) pages long and be structured in the following way:

1) Executive summary (no more than half a page)

2) Background (putting the case in context)

3) The problem (identifying the problem the case intends to solve)

4) Implementation (from planning to evaluation)

5) Main difficulties encountered (and how they were overcome)

6) Main lessons learned

7) Good practice recommendations

8) Author(s) name(s), position (s) and co-ordinates
